I had tried to buy the car from two local dealers and both had slow to no follow-up. One was a test drive visit, the other a phone/email negotiation. Both were provided with the options I wanted and a request for quote. Both sent available cars that were similar but not the same. Only Viti immediately took my request and quoted for exactly the car I wanted. My salesperson was great. Krista was always prompt with responses during the configuration and negotiation. She kept me updated on the cars build date and expected delivery date and had me send through paperwork in advance so that the pickup was seamless and efficient. The dealer is an hour from my home. Two other dealers are within 15 minutes. It was worth the extra distance. I will try to service with them exclusively because I believe they are truly customer focused. They have been willing to come to me to pickup the car etc which has taken away any advantage the local dealers may have had to secure my future business. Seth, Dover, MA

From my first phone call to ask for directions to Fish rd. I was impressed! I think that I coincidently reached "Joanne" the manager who gave me accurate directions from my location at the time, in Warwick. I stated initially that I was phoning to speak with a sales representative and Joanne immediately "assigned" Brad Sollito to meet with me upon my arrival to Viti. When I met Brad I informed him of my needs in the vehicle I was seeking. Brad was well informed on the model that I desired. During the test drive he mentioned another vehicle on the lot that he felt my more appropriately meet my requests. From the highly trained, friendly and knowledgeable staff to the great folks who pick up and drop off the car, this is a world class operation driven (no pun intended) by customer friendly processes. Of course, I'm not surprised because in my thirty plus years' experience of purchasing new cars no other dealer has come close to VITI for friendliness, knowledge, experience, physical environment and management. I am from New Jersey, and was in Newport attending the funeral of a close friend. My car broke down at the church. I was trying to get back home before an impending snowstorm. VITI went to the rental car place, brought my car back to the shop and fixed it promptly.
