Like so many of you, we have spent a lot of time lately doing what we can to learn about the coronavirus (COVID-19) and how it is impacting our community. We want you to know that we are focused on understanding how it affects our employees, customers, and communities as we navigate this unprecedented landscape together. We have already made, and will continue to make, proactive modifications to our day to day processes to ensure we are taking all the necessary precautions and providing a healthy environment to do business within.  

Our current primary objective is keeping you and our employees safe. With that in mind, we have taken extra precautions in our business in response to the threat of the coronavirus. 

Our Commitment

  • We started our efforts by treating all areas of our buildings with PermaSafe. This is an anti-bacterial fogging solution that removes and disinfects all surfaces including cracks and crevices. This treatment was applied to our buildings in their entirety. In addition to this treatment we have also increased our cleaning protocols for not only maintaining the cleanliness of our stores appearance but also by more aggressively sanitizing commonly used fixtures and surfaces such as our customer lounge, reception areas, doorknobs, and banisters, etc.
  • Our carwash and loaner vehicle crews have also been instructed to operate under new protocols. These teams will be wiping down the primary contact points on all vehicles we sell or service. This stands true for our loaner fleet and customer cars alike. These contact surfaces will include, but are not limited to, door handles, steering wheels, gear shifters, window buttons and other similar surfaces.  
  • We are closely following the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines and recommendations on the steps we can take to help prevent the spread of the virus. To date, the best way to avoid getting sick as well as help prevent the spread of the coronavirus is to practice social distancing. Per CDC recommendations, we will be asking all employees who have traveled outside of our state or have been exposed to others who have traveled to out of state locations to self-quarantine for 14 days. Any employee who is actively showing flu like symptoms will be asked to self-monitor at home until medically cleared to return for work. 
  • Although we are taking every precaution to protect our clients, staff and families, we understand there are still risks involved when it comes to satisfying your needs to purchase a new vehicle or service the vehicle(s) you already own. For this reason, we are encouraging all of our current customers and prospective customers to utilize our unique services such as the "Viti Advantage" for service and or our "At Home Test Drive" for someone considering a purchase.
  • Please be aware that all of our current services are being offered by appointment only. This is with the exception of the Sales Department. The CDC has set alternative guidelines for sales, specifically for customers in need of creating a sales appointment without advance notice. A dealership's sales department will be permitted to accommodate these guests by creating a "Immediate Appointment". An immediate appointment can be created for you at the time of your arrival as long as there is a sales person readily available to help without delay. Per these guidelines, any guest who does not have a previously scheduled appointment or an immediate appointment will be asked to wait outside of the facility until someone is available to assist them. For this reason we are asking everyone to please call in advance of your visit wherever possible. Doing so will ensure we can help you in the most timely and professional manner possible. All while adhering to the guidelines set by the CDC in order to ensure we can maintain a safe environment for our customers and staff alike.
